When I began at Real Fitness I hadn’t worked out in a over a year.  In the past I had always been in pretty good physical shape and knew I needed to get back to the gym.  Regular gyms didn’t interest me at all.  I’ve joined them before.  All I did was run on a boring treadmill and maybe a quick go around all the circuit weights.  Where ever I joined had to be fun but I also needed something that was gonna challenge me.  During my first WOD (workout of the day) I felt like I’d never make it through.  I was so sore I could hardly move. The coaches pushed me yet worked with me so that I wouldn’t leave and never come back.

When the gym announced they were gonna do a Paleo challenge (nutritional challenge) I knew I had to do it.  Over a period of three months I followed the recommended nutrition and did all the WODs.   I complained every day and quickly became known as one of the biggest complainers in the gym!  In the end I lost 16 pounds, 8% body fat, and improved my Filthy Fifty WOD time by 13 minutes.  The coaches here pushed me like I’d never been pushed before.  They put up with my complaining and never let me quit.   I am so thankful to them all for helping me through.   Now it’s just part of my lifestyle.

I highly recommend Real Fitness to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness.  It’s like a family here.
