I have been doing CrossFit at Real Fitness for ten months and it is by far the most comprehensive, intense workout I have ever done. Before I started here I had never done exercises like squat cleans, clean and jerks, kettlebell swings, double unders and much more. Not only did I learn all of these, but I've shown vast improvement and gains in strength. Ive also improved on exercises I used to do like back squats and deadlifts. The workouts encompass all areas of fitness like cardio, strength, flexibility and coordination. The staff does a great job of organizing and coordinating the workouts by timing you and helping with your form. I also do Muay Thai kickboxing as a supplemental workout and have stronger kicks and better stamina since starting Real Fitness. If you are willing to put in the work, you will get results.
